On 15th November 2011 we did a small survey of our customers. The survey was open for just a
couple of days. 59% of those who opened the email about the survey took part. The survey
was anonymous, we had no means of directly identifying the participant, which meant that
people could be as frank as possible without fear of causing offence.
The survey was only sent to persons who subscribe to our email newsletter because
they have attended a course at Gallnas Here are their responses to the questions we asked.
(some have even emailed us to explain that, for example, they had a problem caused by the failure of our heating system after
'experts' failed to calibrate a valve correctly or they cannot come next year because of their new baby)
